Refund policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The request must be received by us within this 7-day period.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Original packaging and protective materials should be kept when possible
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items that are damaged, used, written on, or no longer in resellable condition due to the customer
  • Items marked as final sale (if clearly stated on the product page)

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
  3. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping when the error is on our side

  2. Wait for our confirmation and the return address
  3. Ship the item back only after you have received our approval

Return Shipping Cost

  • Customer’s responsibility for returns due to change of mind or other non-quality reasons
  • Our responsibility if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the result.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund on your account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if you need a different product.
