Shipping policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Origin
All orders ship from China.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after shipping (business days):

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of world: 12–25 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal service, weather, or peak seasons. Delivery time is calculated from the ship date, not the order date.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $100 USD or more (before taxes and discounts, where applicable).
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional fees; any extra charges will be shown at checkout when available.

Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email after your order ships. You can use it to follow your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update after the label is created.

Packaging
Collectible banknotes and coins are packed with protective sleeves or holders and sturdy outer packaging to reduce the risk of bending or damage during transit.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. We cannot control and are not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, refusal, or failure to pick up, we may charge a reshipping fee or refund the order minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages
If tracking shows no meaningful movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will help investigate with the carrier. Resolution (replacement or refund) will be considered on a case-by-case basis after a reasonable investigation period.
